About the author

Hassan Masoumi is an Iranian-born novelist, entrepreneur and business author based in Dubai. Having lived in different places and spent much of his life among people from diverse backgrounds, he has developed a deep interest in the ways history, identity, faith and geography shape human lives.

His novels travel across countries, generations and periods of history while remaining centred on intimate human experiences: love, loss, family, displacement, ambition and the search for belonging. Through emotionally rich, character-driven stories, he explores what people leave behind, what they carry with them and how the past continues to live within the present.
